5. Analytical Tools
a) Tracking tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 page 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet requirements and is continually optimised. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer.These interests are to be regarded as legitimate under of the aforementioned provision.
The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.
b) Data collection and processing with Aumago
We work together with Aumago GmbH, a provider of web analytics and target-group marketing. Aumago uses so-called cookies, which are text files that are stored by your computer browser and collect anonymous usage data. Usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym using this data. However, no information tied to you as a person is collected. When IP addresses are collected, they are stored anonymously by deleting the last number block and are not merged with the cookies.The cookies used are either Aumago cookies or cookies from service providers who use Aumago. These service providers include: For example, krux digital Inc., Google Inc. etc. The user can delete the cookies at any time directly in their browser. Aumago uses the data to evaluate website usage by visitors and for the purpose of online use-based advertising (OBA).
i) Google Analytics
For the purpose of customising and continually optimising our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; im Folgenden „Google“). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see under Section 4) is used. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website such as the
- browser type/version,
- operating system used,
- referrer URL (the previously visited website),
- host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
- time of the server request,
will be sent to a server hosted by Google Inc. in the United States. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on advertising activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties, provided this is legally required, or to the extent that such third parties process the information. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP address is rendered anonymous so that an assignment is not possible (so-called IP masking).You can adjust the settings of your browser to prevent the installation of cookies; however, we would like to point out that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking this link. This sets an opt-out cookie, which prevents any future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie applies only in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.

ii) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We also use Google Conversion Tracking to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website for the purpose of optimising it for you. Google Adwords will set a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.
These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. Should the user visit certain pages of the Adwords advertiser's website and the cookie not have expired yet, Google and their advertiser can tell that the user clicked on the ad and proceeded to that page.
Each Google Adwords advertiser has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked using the website of an Adwords advertiser. The information obtained using the conversion cookie information is used to create conversion statistics for the Adwords advertisers who have opted in to conversion tracking.The Adwords advertisers can find out the total number of users who have clicked on their advert and were directed to the page using the conversion tracking tag. However, advertisers do not obtain any information that can be used to personally identify users.
Should you not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the placement of a cookie in this instance by using the browser setting which generally disables the automatic placement of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies originating from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". iii) eTracker
Using the technologies of eTracker GmbH (http://www.etracker.com), data is collected and saved for marketing and optimisation purposes on this website. This visitor data can be used to aggregate a usage profile under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used to do this. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the site visitor's Internet browser cache. Cookies allow us to recognise your Internet browser. The data collected using the eTracker technologies will not be used to personally identify the user of the website or combined with the personal data pertaining to the bearer of the pseudonym without the separately granted approval of the person concerned.
